The following information is inevitably presented in some astrological terms. As we are aware, the natal chart is actually a highly condensed and informative representation of a person's past, present and developing traits. But no one reading this update should think that an expert level of astrological understanding is essential for following through with the Path at this stage. On the contrary, the process will unfold automatically in peoples' lives; each one of us will find that the higher or superconscious mind is increasingly at the helm, and that the conscious mind will follow more and more serenely where it leads.

As we have seen, with every Moon phase that follows November 12th, a further degree of integration between the seven pleromic powers takes place. (These seven pleromic powers, being, of course, the seven pairs of the fourteen astrological powers that comprise any chart.) With each successive lunar phase, the process will become smoother, the waves of change in our lives becoming less difficult to adjust to and more rewarding. Eventually, the new destiny patterns of each soul (patterns that will make them worthy of an incarnation in a higher type world), shall become solid, firm and reliable enough to endure beyond bodily death and one's entry into the bardo realm of earth.

Now what will the integration of our conscious and superconscious faculties mean in terms of our lives here on earth? Given the inherent individual expression of this integration, this is difficult to define. Each individual is unique and therefore has their own, special needs. But, generally speaking, every initiate should expect to begin resolving issues of outstanding psychological and circumstantial difficulty with unprecedented speed and ease. We will find that we are increasingly in the right place at the right time, and also that our destiny patterns are being protected by an automatic and intuitive avoidance of the trap of being in the wrong place at the wrong time! It will be easier to manifest the things, people and opportunities that we need to accelerate personal development, easier to avoid making the wrong moves. There may be substantial changes in terms of friendships and other personal relationships - those who are not good for you will fade out, and others, whose abilities and traits one may not have fully appreciated before, will come to play a closer role in your life.

3. What Happens when All Lion Path Initiates have Secured their Higher Destinies?

First of all, it is worthwhile remembering that, because there are so many different destiny patterns worldwide to be manifested and worked through, it is not possible to estimate a time frame for when this world will experience a transformation. Not only are there millions of human individuals who are walking the earth's Lion Path without conscious knowledge of it, but also a high proportion of individuals from all other species on earth - both fauna and flora.

And this process of transformational self-development is twofold: changing the ways in which we conduct our lives upon earth, these events taking place alongside an inward, shamanic preparation. Now that we have fully functioning higher bodies in the earth's bardo, we must, each one of us, activate our connection with our own higher body, acquiring the ability to move in and out of the physical body and into the higher one at will. This imperative shamanic skill will begin to manifest in each one of us at different times, and in different ways. But before we can regularly practice such a skill, the gods must make radical changes in the environment of the earth's bardo, making it a safe venue for such practices. These preparations are now taking place, as explained in the next section.

4. The Harrowing of the Hell Realms

The "hell realms"(see pp. 80-83 of The Shamanic Lion Path for more details) are the dark places in our earth's bardo, (and indeed the bardos of all such plutonic worlds) where demons reside. Demons are beings that have become so evil, those who have wrought so much bad karma by creating destruction, pain and misery for others, that they can no longer take physical form or incarnate in our world. But that does not mean that they cannot act through people here on earth. Anyone who has a position of great power here, who holds the fate of many others in their hands, can become a tool of such demons - especially if they are control-freaks who have fallen into any or all of the pitfalls of anger, meaningless curiosity, and greed. Whilst on earth, such people are usually protected by the demons and helped to activate immensely evil patterns of destiny. These people are very successful and usually very pleased with themselves; but at death, the demons seize them as their slaves and drag them down into the darkest part of the bardo.

In general, this kind of demon does not bother with most of the population. However, the vast majority of people are possessed, whether they are aware of it or not, by beings that could be described as semi-demonic; semi-demonic in the sense that although they are not so evil that they could not incarnate again, they nevertheless have failed to resolve powerfully negative traits during their earth lives, and these unresolved feelings of anger, resentment, depression and meaningless curiosity continue to plague them. So earthbound are they, and so uncomfortable with their inter-incarnational state, that they frequently attach themselves to people on earth that they have known and/or emotionally abused in some way. As a friend pointed out, there is a plethora of such entities that have to be permanently separated from their human hosts.

Moreover, such semi-demonic entities are sick souls in need of the ultimate healing therapies of the gods, therapies that can only be attained in healing worlds of type 34, as explained in great detail by Musaios in The Shamanic Lion Path. Now that all the initiates of the earth's Lion Path (throughout human, animal and vegetable forms of life) are being prepared to depart for higher worlds, the bardo has to be emptied of all its demonic inhabitants, and every initiate must not only throw off any negative semi-demonic entities that have attached themselves to him or her, but also learn to put up their shamanic shields: develop impenetrable psychic barriers around them through which these entities can no longer enter.

The harrowing of hell, the realm of the worst and fully-fledged demons, is, of course, a task even now being undertaken by the gods. It is well beyond that of any Lion Path initiate. As Musaios prophetically wrote, "The power of Horus, the Dark Sun … penetrates the hell realms … cleansing that realm with a great purging fire - not physical in our sense, but perceived fire: the pain of a demonic lunar strand forced into direct contact with the love power in an impreg-nable form that it feels as a searing flame… After going through this fire - in a way analogous to our submarine fire that if unleashed could destroy the earth's mantle - they are ready to be transferred into the only bardo that could now house them: the bardo of a type 34 or healing world, where, if the diseased lunar strand cannot be healed, it is wiped clean of all the individual's memories which represent the way the fundamental nature of the solar strand expressed itself. That cleansing and scouring wipe-out means, of course, the end of the prior individuality, but the alternative would be total annihilation of that self-pattern…"
